TSSA registered, licensed and fully insured. Lines and fittings are supplied, every joint is tested in front of you, and the packaging leaves with us.
What we install
Eleven things we are called for most. Supplied lines and fittings come with the job, and there are no surprise add-ons once we are in your kitchen.
New builds and replacements, including the 6 ft water feed flex line, the hook-up to the existing drain port, the hot water feed and the electrical supply.

Remove and replace gas ranges and gas cooktops, including an approved 4 ft CSST gas flex line.

Fresh runs for ranges and gas dryers, and BBQ piping indoors and out.

Over-the-range microwaves, or built-in drawer style set into the cabinetry.

Canopy, under-cabinet or insert hoods. We make sure it is 100% vented to the outside, and that it is mounted properly.

Combo microwave wall ovens and double wall ovens, installed into newly built cabinets or as a straight replacement.
New cabinets or replacement
Side by side or stacked. We hook up gas and electric dryers, the hot and cold water lines, and the washing machine drain line to the drain port.

Heavy duty braided flex lines for better water flow and leak prevention, including on new water runs.

We hook up your new water softener system, supply and drain.

We secure your garage door opener when mounting it to the ceiling, using proper brackets.

Power vented, natural draft or electric. We set a patio stone under the new tank so the base stays off a wet floor.

Our standard
Anyone can slide an appliance into a gap. These are the details that decide whether it is still safe in five years.
Recirculating a hood pushes grease and moisture back into the room. Where the wall allows it, we cut through and cap it properly.
New Gas Runs start at the meter with a regulator and an accessible shut-off, sized for the appliance at the other end.
Pipe is strapped at proper intervals and every wall penetration is sealed. Then the whole line is pressure tested before anything is turned on.

No subcontractors, and no second trip for a part we should have brought.
Tell us the appliance, the town, and whether it is a replacement or a new run. Most questions are answered on the phone.
A straight price for the work, including the lines and fittings. If something in the house changes the job, you hear it before we start.
Boots off, floor covered, old unit taken out. Gas lines leak-tested, vents sealed, everything levelled and secured.
Burners lit, hood run, dishwasher cycled. You watch it work before we pack up, and the packaging leaves with us.
